Terms of Service

The agreement that governs your use of qwenapi.io.

Important: qwenapi.io (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is an independent API proxy and reseller for Qwen. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Alibaba Qwen. The underlying models are operated by their provider and are also subject to that provider's terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Description of the Service

The Service lets you purchase prepaid credits and route API requests for Qwen completions through our proxy. We provide account management, API key issuance, usage reporting, and billing. We do not own or control the underlying models and may pass through upstream changes, limits, or outages.

3. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for your account, API keys, and all activity under them.
  • Report unauthorized use to [email protected].

4. Credits, billing & refunds

  • Credits are prepaid and consumed at the rates shown in your dashboard at time of use.
  • Rates are indicative and may change; material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
  • Unless required by law, consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits are valid for 12 months.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights; to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent the Service; or for high-risk uses where failure could cause serious harm. Your use must also comply with the upstream provider's policies for Qwen.

6. Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on upstream providers and may experience downtime, latency, or model changes outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

Our branding, site, and software are owned by us or our licensors. “Qwen” and related model names are trademarks of their respective owner, used descriptively to identify the service we resell. We claim no ownership of those trademarks or models.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Model outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or risk to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Terms that by nature survive termination continue to apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established.
